I was installing Vista Ultimate for the second time today (after accidentally formatting the drive it was on..oops!) and got the Blue Screen of Death two times. Microsoft sucks! If it weren't for all the gaming support I would have switched to Ubuntu long ago.
I was playing my XBOX 360 on my new TV and got overheating problems again and again. Microsoft sucks! I called up the XBOX support line. I explained to them I've been a loyal Microsoft customer since the DOS era, and why the heck should I pay them $100 to fix an XBOX 360 that was flawed to begin with. I launched into a (polite) tirade with the guy on the phone. Surpriseingly, after listening to me for a minute, he offered to fix my system for free. I was pleased after the phone conversation, but then it struck me: they should fix it for free anyways, no matter what. Those asses. Ugh.

It really irritates me how companies have "the good deal" that they are allowed to offer you if you act irate enough. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of because I don't like ripping PR people a new one over the phone. I shake my fist at them.
